FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. THE DESIGN PROCESS
How do we cooperate with clients?
The first step of successful cooperation is providing us with all necessary project materials. After we get sections, building elevations and other materials, we begin the 3D modeling stage. Based on the initial project, we discuss the details involving frame choice, lighting and surrounding. After confirming those, we enrich the scene with materials and other content elements. Then we present a demonstrative visualization and make the necessary adjustments if needed. The agreed demo is then the foundation of creating the final render in target resolution.
2. FILE TYPES
What are required file types?
The basis of project design are CAD files in .dwg .dxf format. If it’s impossible to deliver editable CAD plans, we can work with PDF raster files, jpg or document scans as well.
3. COMPLETION TIME
What is the expected project completion time?
Completion time depends on the design scale, a number of visualizations and special requirements. Usually, it takes about 1-2 weeks to create architectural visualizations of a single-family home. However, the final completion time always depends on current workload and is set individually.
4. ADDITIONAL REVISIONS
What if I need more revisions than standard plan stipulates?
A standard review stage takes up to 20% of the visualization completion time. The most frequent are changes of material, visualization elements arrangement or a particular detail. Standard reviews do not cover the change of architectural style or a room type. From time to time a non-standard need for more changes can occur. In such case, the cost is set individually and proportionally to the scope of work.
